Purpose The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to deserving students to support their education and promote academic excellence, leadership, and community impact. 2. Application Process You must complete the application form along with the required documents before the deadline. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Additionally, applicants must submit a personal statement explaining educational goals and the reason for applying. 3. Selection Criteria Scholarship recipients will be selected based on academic performance, financial need, or community involvement. The decision of the scholarship committee will be final. 4. Scholarship Amount The scholarship amount will be used for tuition and other educational expenses. Payments will be made directly to the institution or recipient, in accordance with our policies. The exact amount will be communicated to the awardees. 5. Recipient Obligations As a recipient of the scholarship, you agree to: ● Maintain satisfactory academic performance. ● Use funds strictly for academic purpose. ● Notify Care Wave Foundation of any changes to your enrolment status. ● Participate in promotional activities (if applicable), such as interviews, testimonials, or social media posts. 6. Authenticity By submitting your application, you confirm that all the information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the scholarship process or termination of the scholarship. 7. Revocation of Scholarship The scholarship may be withdrawn if: ● False information was provided in the application. ● The recipient engages in misconduct or academic dishonesty. ● The recipient discontinues or withdraws from their studies. ● The recipient fails to meet ongoing eligibility requirements. 8. Data Privacy Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of the scholarship process and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9. Publicity and Consent By accepting the scholarship, recipients consent to the use of their name, photo, and academic achievements for publicity or promotional purposes related to the scholarship program.
